No. Travel to and from your home is never added to your bill, and it’s not taken out of your dog’s walk either.
Send us a message through the contact form, email miloandcobucks@gmail.com. You can also contact us through Facebook or Instagram to get your journey started. A meet and greet is then arranged so you and your dog(s) get the chance to meet us.
It’s a relaxed chat where Lorna meets you and your dog, free of charge. We find out what your dog loves and what worries them, and agree which service is most suitable for your dog(s).
Ad-hoc bookings need at least 48 hours’ notice and depend on availability. We understand that isn’t always possible, so we always try to accomodate Ad-hoc requests where we can.
Yes. Additional dogs from the same household are charged at a discounted rate.
We send invoices on the 25th of each month, covering all walks completed and scheduled up to the end of that month. Payment is due by the 1st and by bank transfer.
If an invoice isn’t paid by the due date, we may need to pause scheduled walks until the balance is cleared. Should you need assistance with paying a bill, please get in touch so we can organise a different payment schedule.
Yes. Milo & Co is based in Hughenden Valley, and Lorna walks dogs in Naphill, Great Kingshill, Prestwood, Hazlemere, Great Missenden and the villages around them. You’ll find the full list on our Areas We Cover page. If you’re not sure whether you’re covered, just ask.
The Social Pack Walk is a one hour group walk for sociable dogs, with on or off-lead play with friends. The Solo Explorer Walk is a calm, one-to-one 45 minute walk for dogs who prefer their own pace. If you’re not sure which suits your dog, we’ll talk it through at the meet and greet.
Every walk lasts the full time you’ve booked. Travel isn’t counted in that time, so a one hour walk really is an hour out in the fields and woods.
Only if you’ve said yes in your Client Agreement. Even then, it only happens in secure, suitable places, at Lorna’s discretion. If you choose no, your dog stays on the lead at all times.
Yes. Weekend Trails are one-two hour adventure walks at the weekend, starting from £20. If you’d like regular weekend walks, please let us know when you get in touch.
Yes. Longer Days, Double the Fun gives your dog extended care, exercise and company while you’re out, ad-hoc or all week. We collect your dog at either 9am or 10am and keep them for a maximum of 4 hours. It’s available on weekdays only, from £30.

Yes. A Home Visit or Check-In is a 20 minute visit for a toilet break and some play when you’re called away, and costs £10. We only go into the parts of your home needed to look after your dog.
Yes. Rain and mud don’t bother us, and they certainly don’t bother the dogs. If conditions are extreme and unsafe, we'll contact you to rearrange your walk to another day or time.
Dogs joining the Social Pack Walk must be fully vaccinated, including the kennel cough vaccine. We also ask that every dog is microchipped, wears a collar with an ID tag, and is up to date with flea and worm treatment.
Please tell us if your dog is reactive/agressive in the enquiry from, so we can work out what’s right for your dog. We may decline or suspend a service if a dog is, or becomes, aggressive, and we’ll always talk to you about any change in behaviour before deciding anything.
Yes. Lorna, who walks every dog herself, is DBS checked and trained in pet first aid and CPR. Milo & Co is also covered by public liability insurance, and you’re welcome to ask to see it.
Lorna walks every dog herself, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance. You’ll meet her at your meet and greet, so you know exactly who is coming to the door.
We’ll try to contact you straight away. When you sign up, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment if it’s needed, using your own vet where possible. We’ll tell you what’s happened as soon as we can. We will also try your emergency contact if you are unreachable.
Keys and fobs are kept securely and tagged discreetly. They’re never labelled with your name or address. We only go into the areas of your home needed to collect and return your dog.
Only if you’ve said we can. You can change your mind at any time, just let us know.
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you are unable to provide the required notice, please contact us.
